Manzano is really a dependable eatery. The menu is reliable, the service nearly always OK and the drinks a bit overpriced. But. The atmosphere is comfy, private, and that lends well to the demographic in Lake Oswego. The chicken tortilla soup. And rotisserie chicken with mashers. Please. Don't look past these fabulous dishes.
