  I want to like this store. It's soooo convenient for me. But the service is HORRENDOUS. If they could get the Albertson's gang from down the street to switch (same parent company), that would be a very good thing.

  Unfortunately had a terrible experience at this location. Where I come from when a person requests assistance, assistance arrives in at least a somewhat timely manner and is polite. Apparently this is not commen practice anymore. My family and I stopped by this location to use the bottle return services. We also called ahead of time to be sure there was a bottle return room. What we thought would be a quick stop turned into well over half an hour trip. Please note I understand under one job title comes many responsibilities BUT my husband asked for assistance to be sent to the bottle room many times to multiple employees and after waiting for a while a man passed by us and said "hold on a second". So we waited some more. Finally a bit irritated I took us all up front to see if there was anyone even working in the can room on this date. The very kind woman at customer service counter called the gentleman working the can room. When she was able to located the gentleman he reported to her that he was in the can room. So we return to the can room. My husband thanks the gentleman. Steve was his name. Steve did not reply. My husband thought maybe he didn't hear him so he says thank you once again. Once again no reply. So I asked Steve if the machines were fixed and he said yes. I apologized for the inconvenience and we finished returning what cans the machine would take. I wouldn't dare ask for a bottle count of what the machine had trouble reading. On our way out we found Steve complaining to another employee about me being upset with his untimely manner. Like I said before. I understand one job title holds many responsibilities but this goes beyond being untimely. Very unprofessional and extreme lack of manners and common courtesy.

  Thank you, to the kind person who turned in
  my lost wallet on 1/19. This store has good, hard working employees.
  Convenient location and open later than most.
